
Refund Policy

Amanda’s Old-Fashioned Bakery operates under a no-refund policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Order Fulfillment
All orders are made to order and require a minimum fulfillment time as determined by Amanda’s Old-Fashioned Bakery. We take pride in preparing each item with care and precision, and fulfillment timelines are communicated at the time of ordering.
Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full at the time of placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Amanda’s Old-Fashioned Bakery reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders without notice.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered if Amanda’s Old-Fashioned Bakery is unable to fulfill your order by the agreed-upon fulfillment time. In such cases, any refund issued will be at our sole discretion.
We do not offer refunds for:

Dislike of Product

Improper storage or handling after pick-up or delivery

Missed pick-up windows

Delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., weather, traffic, etc.)
Custom and Large Orders
Custom orders and large-volume requests are non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Product Satisfaction
If you’re unhappy with a product, we’re happy—in most cases—to replace it with a remade item or an equivalent of equal value. We ask that all concerns be communicated respectfully and promptly. We’re here to help, and kindness goes a long way.
