By placing an order, purchasing an item or accepting a sample with Amanda’s Old-Fashioned Bakery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Product Use and Consumption
All products sold by Amanda’s Old-Fashioned Bakery are intended for personal consumption only. By purchasing, consuming, or otherwise partaking in any product, you agree to hold harmless Amanda’s Old-Fashioned Bakery, its parent company, affiliates, owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of our products.
2. Storage and Transport
Once a product has been picked up or delivered, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the proper transport, handling, and storage of all items. Amanda’s Old-Fashioned Bakery is not liable for any spoilage, contamination, or degradation of product quality due to improper storage or handling after transfer of possession.
3. Cottage Food Law Compliance
Amanda’s Old-Fashioned Bakery operates under the Florida Cottage Food Law. As such:

Products are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

We are only permitted to sell directly to consumers within the state of Florida.

We do not ship or distribute products outside of Florida.

All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Resale Prohibited
Resale or redistribution of any Amanda’s Old-Fashioned Bakery product is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Unauthorized resale may result in legal action.
5. Allergens and Ingredients
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, soy, and gluten. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information and notify us of any allergies prior to ordering. We do not guarantee an allergen-free environment.
6. Order Fulfillment and Modifications
We require a minimum of 24 hours to fulfill standard orders. Larger or custom orders may require additional lead time. While we strive to accommodate special requests, we reserve the right to decline or modify orders based on availability, capacity, or compliance with Cottage Food Law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amanda’s Old-Fashioned Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
