Our Flour
We bake with King Arthur Special Patent Flour—never bleached, never bromated. This "short patent" is a classic spring wheat bread flour milled from the center of the wheat kernel resulting in high protein and low ash. It’s the kind of flour that’s been trusted for generations, and it gives our breads and pastries the texture and flavor that only old-fashioned baking can deliver.
Our Sugars
We use two types of sugar in our baking, each chosen for its quality and character. Our organic granulated sugar is fine, clean, and lightly golden—USDA Organic, Kosher, and Halal certified, making it a trusted staple for everything from cookies to crusts. Our organic brown sugar is rich and unrefined, with deep molasses notes that add warmth and moisture to cinnamon rolls, pies, and more. It’s also USDA Organic, Kosher, and Vegan-Friendly, aligning with our commitment to inclusivity and integrity. These aren’t just sweeteners—they’re part of the story, helping us honor tradition while welcoming everyone to the table.


Everything else
Our butter is Grade AA, Kosher dairy, and made from just two things: cream and salt. No fillers, no additives—just the richness you’d expect from old-fashioned baking.
Our vanilla is pure extract, never imitation. It’s Kosher-friendly and full-bodied, adding depth and warmth to everything from cookies to custards. You’ll taste the difference in every bite.
And our eggs? They come from small family farms that practice regenerative agriculture. That means healthier soil, happier hens, and better eggs—organic, free-range, and full of flavor.
